Assembly Democrats want Gov. Jerry Brown to expand the state’s Earned Income Tax Credit in such a way that people who do not have Social Security numbers can apply for it.

Undocumented workers are not supposed to get California unemployment benefits. California unemployment benefits are not supposed to be delivered out of the country. California border cities have an enormous amount of private post office box establishments where the unemployment checks are mailed to. The folks receiving these checks just walk across the border an pick them up. The same thing will happen with the state supported earned income credit.

Having no social security number means that the government can not garnishee your wages for non payment of child support. Illegals have more benefits and protections than citizens.
