Deep State DOJ Lawyer Overseeing Mueller Witch Hunt Stepping Down [tr]

The highest ranking lawyer in the Justice Department and top aide to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Scott Schools, is stepping down from his position.

Scott Schools helps Rosenstein oversee the ever expanding Mueller witch hunt.

Scott Schools spent 27 years in the Department of Justice and will be replaced, on an acting basis, by Bradley Weinsheimer, who currently works in the national security unit,...

...Although Schools insists he is leaving on his own volition to work in the private sector, it may be because Rosenstein is facing impeachment and contempt charges.

GOP lawmakers passed a resolution earlier this week giving DAG Rosenstein 7 days to turn over requested classified documents or face impeachment.

The Mueller witch hunt is also taking a beating in court from an unsuspecting source, one of the indicted Russian companies in the junk bot case.

Mueller and Rosenstein are on borrowed time and it appears Scott Schools knows this and exited stage left before he was forced out....

” unfortunately, for the citizens of the United States, the U.S Government no longer hangs traitors by the neck until dead.”...………

Sounds more like there is no such thing as a “traitor” any longer, the word must have been stricken from history. Sad days have arrived!

Despite Trump’s hilarious “because you’d be in jail” debate zinger, I doubt he ever had any intention of prosecuting members of the Obama administration for their crimes.

A Republican POTUS using his executive branch to go after criminals in the prior Democrat administration is going to be seen as political retaliation, whether it is or not.

That’s why I think it’s Trump who’s behind the inaction of the DOJ. He wants to crimes to be exposed, and the criminals to be publicly shamed, but it has to be the court of public opinion that hands down the verdict, not Trump’s DOJ.

I wish the Clintons and Obama’s would get locked up - they deserve it - but rather than make martyrs out of them, and cast Trump as an authoritarian, and begin another Democrat vs Republican revenge cycle - it might be better for the Republic if the consequences were purely political - an indelible stain on the Democrat party that results in their corrupt brand of politics and politicians being shunned by the electorate.

Trump has a knack for branding his enemies and rendering them impotent. If he could do that to the Left - I’d be satisfied.

(Although I really wanted to see some Democrats go to prison)

___________

Very excellent.

I wish I had said that.

Good thing the military isn’t run the way the filthy government is. “No sir, I don’t want to do that...go F yourself..sir”. “OK...for now corporal”._

Trump: Trannies out.
Navy Admiral: Nope.

General: I will not launch an illegal nuclear attack.

Just a couple I can recall that survived, don't remember names of military involved. Yeah I was shocked that they kept their jobs as well. Maybe something happened to them under the table.

“I can’t see letting them escape with murder.”

Like I said, I wanted to see them locked up too, or worse. But what percentage of the voting public do you think would agree with us?

I think small.

Several points:
Session’s job is not to “defend the President;” only such crooks as Loretta Lynch believes that is the job;

Sessions recognizes the biggest problem facing the nation is ILLEGALISM and it’s enablers;

since Sessions has been in office four thousand criminal illegals have been arrested, charged and are in jail or on their way there.

What the hell do you think can be done in a legal system which takes months to adjudicate even the most prima facia case of illegal entry? And the lawyers know they can resist or stop almost anything.

This is a very delicate and dangerous time; we skated on the edge of disaster last election.

“Mob rule?”

No, “mob rule” is when an angry minority representing only 10% of the people form a a lynch party and call it justice - even though the other 90% are against it.

In a self-governing society, government representatives must seek to reflect will of the people.

The Attorney General of the United States leads the Justice Department, which is part of the Executive Branch and IS NOT independent of the authority of the Chief Executive......the AG serves at the pleasure of the President.

Sessions certainly does have a moral responsibility to defend his boss from partisan motivated attacks.....especially any based upon deceptive applications for FISA warrants originating from the Department he nominally leads.

The issue is not criticism or opposition to a president fair or not. The AG is not a president’s personal lawyer.

You brought up violations of the law which should be addressed but it is not personal. Those are attacks on the American people not just Trump.
