Kind of like their saying “Repeal the Second Amendment!” and gun owners start to tremble.

How this guy got to be one of 435 people making laws for the entire nation is beyond me. He’s a putz. The pardon power was deliberately and explicitly put in the Constitution by the Founders. It certainly is NOT any kind of “high crime or misdemeanor,” which would be the ONLY basis for impeachment.
Also, this putz doesn’t even KNOW what impeachment is - he probably thinks that it boots the POTUS out of office when, in fact, it is only equivalent to an indictment. Conviction requires a 2/3 vote of the Senate.
Oh, BTW, I didn’t notice anyone on the Left complaining when the Philanderer in Chief pardoned Marc Rich - FOR TAX EVASION! If that guy can get pardoned, then so can Manafort, especially when NO ONE has EVER alleged that Rich was prosecuted for political reasons, to get at someone in power (which is manifestly the case with Manafort).

For the maniacs, when President Trump breathes, it's "grounds for impeachment". Reality check...he'll be impeached if the 'pubs don't keep the HOR majority. The best way to keep the majority is for President Trump take strong, decisive actions that will inspire Deplorables to get to the polls. JMHO

The Dems can impeach all they want if they take the House, the Senate won’t convict.
For the Democrats anything is “grounds for impeachment.”

The House itself defines High Crimes and Misdemeanors. Misdemeanor is a legal term but it is also an English word that means merely Inappropriateness. An act or attitude unapproved by society is a misdemeanor.
