Since US school systems haven’t really taught American history for a long time most millennials don’t even know what the Constitution means. A lot of them even think socialism is better than capitalism in spite of what has unfolded in Venezuela. What you suggest is right but that probably can’t be done without them.
CNN should also have said "alleged illegal payments," as that hasn't been determined either.
Even if Trump did direct Cohen to make the payment, that in itself wasn't illegal as CNN is suggesting, the argument goes.

At all.Beyond that, Trump promised the public that he would nominate SCOTUS justices from a list including Judge Cavanaugh. The Dems love to claim that Republican nominees to SCOTUS are “out of the mainstream” - but when Trump gave them a list of about twenty targets for them to point out “extremity” in any one of them, the Democrats just left the bat on their shoulders and were stunned when the electorate cried, “Strike Three - You're Out!”
The Democrats defaulted on any standing to define “mainstream”.
