More accurately, Democrats demand that Justice Kavanaugh fall into their lame trap... if he answers with personal opinion, he gets to be accused of making a decision before hearing a case (the literal definition of prejudice), as well as opening the door for recusal demands... if he does not give personal opinions, then he is being evasive... and if he answers properly and substantively, they take his comments out of context and making broad accusations anyway (see the abortion pill statement).
