Umm when does the Governments responsibility stop and the local begin?...........FEMA got them all they needed...FEMA does not need to hold the locals hands and spoon feed them. 6 months after and they are counting those deaths as part of hurricane......NO the local government needs to have stepped up by then and get it all working.......they needed to move the generators, food and water
