Look at replies to above tweet. She is pretty well taken apart for the latest neo-Bolshevik talking point.

No human being could remain impartial toward a group of people trying to destroy his reputation. So be it.

Put yourself in Judge Kavanaugh’s place THEN tell me, as you see your credibility, your name, your lifes history, your family, all you have worked so hard for, literally being destroyed FALSELY. Would you sit on your ass and NOT come out swinging to defend yourself? I think not, unless you are indeed a spineless coward. I applaud Judge Kavanaugh and hope and pray he is proven with out a shadow of doubt to be innocent of any of the false charges laid at his feet.

Since when would Democrats have voted for Kavanaugh when he restrained his words? At the time none of them did.

And if they offended by his being angered at their throwing mud on his good name, they completely deserved it.

Its the Democrats who turned a Supreme Court nomination into a political battleground . Neither they nor their fake news media allies have standing to complain about the outcome.

If Kavanaugh is more partisan after that, it isn’t his fault. The Democrats have reaped what they sowed.

In other words, what comes around, goes around. A pox on their houses.

Because defending yourself is “partial” and alleging is “impartial”. Lol. Welcome to modern journalism and the liberal way.

I would hope Kavanaugh would always remember these communists hard left Democrats and rule accordingly. If the Republicans cannot save America then the Court must rule according to the Constitution. Feel Good has no place in the law.

Reminds me of the logic the law enforcement use to deal with people accused of being a witch.

First of all, if you were accused of being a witch, you had to prove you were not.

They had a particular way of trussing a person up and throwing him into a body of water.

If the person floated, that was proof he was a witch and executed.

If the person drowned, he had proved he was not a witch.

Remember when Lindsay Graham questioned Kavanaugh re: military tribunals, and his cogent answers?

The dems are scared stiff about this - and they can’t mention that spectre because their ‘pillars of democratic party elite’ might be finding themselves before those tribunals after Jan. 1, 2019..

So, if he remains calm, he’s bad. If he angrily disputes what is not true, he’s bad. He’s only good if he kills himself?

The rats 🐀 want us all dead anyway, so, to them, we are only good, if we are dead. F the rats 🐀 and F the LA Times.

Well, I don’t want a “non-partisan” judge. I want a judge that upholds the Constitution, and that by definition is a conservative. I mean, what do they think the word “conservative” means? To conserve.

From the article on FNC by Steve Hilton that my son posted:
It is a frightening future if these Democrats and their approach are allowed to prevail. A future, to borrow from George Orwell, of a boot stamping on America's face – forever ... These divisive, dangerous Democrats must be defeated before they destroy America...

He is supposed to be tortured and destroyed in public, and not be angry?

So Kagan, Sotomayor and Ginsburg are impartial? Who knew?

Too bad we can't have more "impartial" judges like Buzzy, the Wise Latina, and Stephen "I'm not wearing pants under this robe" Breyer. If it weren't for those three, there wouldn't be any impartiality at all.   </sarc>

After the vote, I wish the justices would all issue a joint statement that something lile this must never happen again, that it undermines the nomination process and no one will ever want to be nominated again. But that will never happen.
