Judge Kavanaugh was supposed to act as if he was pu$$y whipped and ready to withdraw from the nomination.

Kavaugh’s testimony was the righteous anger of an honorable man. As a practicing Christian he has ingrained within the attribute of forgiveness. He is a Constitutionalism and will studiously interpret the law with justice. Justice is also an attribute of a practicing Christian - a believer. That’s who he is!!
I’d say he’s earned the right to be partial and rule against every leftist cause or notion coming before him on the SC, because now he knows where everything winds up when leftists get their way. My hope is that, if he’s conformed, they’ve created a monster.

FACT IS: impartiality in a Judge STOPS where that judge’s PERSONAL LIFE begins. NOBODY IN THEIR RIGHT MIND ought to expect a judge to be impartial in affairs that directly involve them; that is what recusal is for. But, of course, nobody at the LA Times is in their right mind, so...there ya go.
I could NOT POSSIBLY care less that Kavanaugh got royally pissed over these egregious assaults on his character; in fact — I’d think the less of him if he HADN’T boiled over and socked it to the Democrats. NOTHING Kavanaugh said during his testimony impugns IN THE LEAST his ability to be impartial in hearing and reviewing cases that come before him in his Judicial capacity. NOTHING.

After what the Left put Kavanaugh through, he shouldn’t bother being ‘impartial.’
He should stay within the bounds of the Constitution but use his knowledge of it to destroy the Left as effectively as possible.
