Honestly, I have a hard time wrapping my head around why this guy would be so worked up over Kavanaugh. Our new Supreme Court Justice seems to push a button with Hogue, but I don’t see the reason. I guess Hogue is just insane.

“...but I don’t see the reason.”

It’s a simp mating signal.

I get the impression that many of these irrational idiots probably don’t actually care that much about the issue du jour. They have anger/frustration/unhappiness issues in their personal lives are going somewhere to vent them, i.e., at Trump, Kavanaugh, et al.

Honestly, I have a hard time wrapping my head around why this guy would be so worked up over Kavanaugh.

You have to see it from his point of view.

People who were already opposed to Kavanaugh when the Ford story broke believe that the allegations are true. As far as I can tell, this belief has nothing to do with facts or evidence, but results from the fact that they need it to be true to achieve an unrelated political end.

The peculiar thing is that this stated belief does not appear to be a cynical ploy, something to say in order to get what he wants. It appears that he really, really believes this, and he is not alone.

So, if he believes this story is absolutely true, and perhaps some of the other more outrageous stories as well, his fervent opposition appears to be more rational.
