Judge Raag Singhal said Florida law was clear on the subject: The ballots should not be opened until the countys three-member canvassing board had determined the validity of the ballots.
Scott filed a lawsuit stating that Broward and Palm Beach County ignored this. I marvel at your defense of this lawless woman, who was already deemed guilty before in 2016 by a judge but somehow not impeached.

Yes I realize this Snipes lady is bad news. I’ve said before that Scott should have canned her years ago. But in the particular case of the 2016 affidavit where someone said they saw poll workers hand copying ballots, her explanation seems plausible. I’m not saying it’s true per se, just that it’s plausible.
