I can only guess that if there is a faxed in ballot and then a regular ballot is filled out to process through a machine that the faxed copy would be attached to the hand filled in copy so that it can be verified. I would think if that wasn’t done there is no chain of custody and the hand filled ballot could be challenged as not being legal.
That employee should be behind bars right now. ...and for the next decade, at minimum.

The FBI and the Department of Justice should step in and stop this nonsense. These people should go to jail for this kind of crap.

Was the person’s statement that they were copying from the same sized ballots in the original affidavit? My impression is that it was something they stated later in response to Snipes’ response to the allegations. If it was stated in the original affidavit then I would be inclined to give it more weight.
I wasn’t aware of Snipes burning the originals. By law they were required to keep the original faxed in ballots. If she burned them, that is a big deal and she should have been removed right then and there. To me a lot of the blame lies on Scott for failing to take appropriate actions as chief executive.

Your talking about ABSENTEE BALLOTS. Normal ballots are counted during the election by the AS200 Ballot Scanner and at close down the ballots in the Provisional ballots are put in envelopes and added at the poll no where else there is a huge canvas bag in the bottom of the AS200 and all ballots fall in there as they are scanned. At the finish 2 runs are done from the AS200 scanner 1 is folded and put in a sealed envelope. The 2nd run is taped to the outside wall of the Poll both are counter signed at the poll by at least 5 workers certifying these are the only ballots from a Polling Place
Why do you think Broward and Miami Dade never get their votes counted on time according to the law? They want to be last, that way they know how many they have to ‘find’.

After the last election, I was curious about how my vote was recorded. I called the Election Board and said I wanted to check to see if I voted properly for my choice.
I was told there is no way to check to see how anyone voted, ever.
THAT, I think would be the best way to assure yourself that your vote was handled correctly.
There should be an electronic way to check your vote and that would take care of much fraud.

You seem to be well versed on what happens on Election Day voting in Broward County.
The only problem is that MAIL-IN and EARLY voting accounts for more than 75% of the votes in Broward County.
Who besides Brenda Snipes and her staff oversees the opening and counting of the MAIL-IN votes and the counting of the EARLY votes?
Even though SAME DAY voting accounts for only 25% of the votes in Broward County, it still seems there is incompetence and corruption galore. How else do you explain why a ballot box was left behind at a school?
Yes I realize this Snipes lady is bad news. I’ve said before that Scott should have canned her years ago. But in the particular case of the 2016 affidavit where someone said they saw poll workers hand copying ballots, her explanation seems plausible. I’m not saying it’s true per se, just that it’s plausible.
