They just throw out words liberals tell them to say; like the southern US used to belong to Mexico.
My favorite is when they say Mexicans are Native Americans, and so should have a special legal status like American Indians, with all rights and privileges appertaining thereto.
. . . like Mexico belonged to Spain?
