Judge Sullivan told Flynn:

“You were an unregistered agent of a foreign country while serving as the National Security Adviser to the President! “Arguably, this undermines everything this flag over here stands for! Arguably, you sold your country out!”

Good Lord! And Hillary walks free!

Don’t count this judge out yet, he may want Flynn to withdraw the guilty plea before tossing the case out.

Today’s reality in the USA would make a great dystopian orwellian sci-fi movie

This is insane. It can only mean that Mueller’s thugs have threatened Flynn with additional charges if he doesn’t plead guilty. How else can you explain Flynn declining the Judge’s offer to withdraw his plea.

“Why isn’t it a big deal when all the Dems do it?”

Because there is no one willing or able to prosecute them. The lawyers in government agencies, the prosecutors in government agencies, are all in the permanent government class. They are all Democrats or GOPe. There IS no one else.

When the U.S. created, over many years, a gigantic permanent government work force...it was then that the Republic ended. You are just seeing the outcomes proliferate now. We are heading to full on Marxism. Very quickly.

If what General Flynn did is “selling out” his country what was it considered when Hillary gave 20% of the US uranium supply to Russia in return for $145 million in “donations” to the Clinton Foundation?

I agree with you. No doubt muller etal needs to go to jail. This is why trump fired Flynn. You can’t be a paid agent of another country and the president’s NSA. That is called being a double agent.

Obambi told Russia he’d be more flexible after his re-election.

Don’t really understanding the hopeium here in Flynns case. He pled guilty. All these musings seem to overlook that fact.

Lets be honest,Trumps Presidency is over, he’s now just a place holder. R’s never had any intention of fixing the 2 things we elected them to, the wall and Obamacare.

Maybe 1 more SCJ.

Mueller’s team indicted two of Flynn’s former associates for their Turkish lobbying.

Mueller’s thug, Brandon Van Grack told Judge Sullivan that the Special Counsel was going to indict Flynn on that case as well unless he cooperated.

Samuelsohn: Mueller prosecutor van Grack says Flynn played a cooperative role (and could have been indicted) in the case unsealed Monday against 2 former business partners who were charged with failing to register as foreign agents as they covertly lobbied on behalf of Turkey.

We have no allies in the judiciary.

We are on our own.

Sullivan begins by BACKTRACKING on his remarks that Flynn was an unregistered foreign agent while working in the White House, and that he may have committed treason.

True but...

Who could have fired Sessions early on?
Who could have fired Rosenstein?
Who could have fired Mueller and completely shut this down?
Who could have pardoned Flynn and Manafort?
Who could have demanded the release of the un-redacted FISA apps?

When you sit on your hands after the DS declares war on you, bad things are going to happen. Before anyone starts to argue about political capital or optics consider the fact that Mueller is going to find “something”. He was always going to find something. It was never going to end well for POTUS. and they will seek to destroy him now, and for the remainder of his life.

DJT’s one misstep, as far as I can tell, is surrounding himself with questionable actors. I think his defense team in regards to this whole witch hunt is no exception.

Sorry for the negative tone of this post. I am exceptionally pissed off about how things have unfolded today. I mean, we have spent the last few days celebrating Flynn as a hero and a person who was wronged by the DS, and he walks in and tells the judge he knew it was wrong to lie, he did, and he doesn’t want to change his plea... I mean WTF? Stuff like this leads me to believe the fix is in, has always been in.

Payment is irrelevant. You revealed yourself as either ignorant or playing for the other team:

Logan Act of 1799 “Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”

I can answer that! Straight from the permanent government class’s (Deep State) mouth: something no “reasonable prosecutor” would prosecute.

We are done. I’m actually glad that I am old and won’t be around to see the end state.

This is my take since November of 2008.

The writing has been on the wall for some time. Heck, when Bush was elected in 2000 I told my friends that all we did was put off the inevitable for another four years. Trump will be gone, eventually, where will we be then?

I’m pretty sure Flynn’s lobyist contract pre-dates his appointment to the NSA position. I doubut he would have lobbied while active as the NSA and may have even notified the Turks that he could no longer support the contract. Now if he failed to disclose the contract to the Trump administration or lied about it that would be worse.

While disappointing, this is exactly the type of crap that makes Washington a swamp. The problem is, everybody peddles influence and only a few are made examples of. It is a lesson in our human nature. We can do countless wonderful things but slip once and your reputation is ruined.

It does demonstrate that the republic is lost and only via armed revolution or the passage of a long, long time will there be any chance to get some of it back. Like with the Hitler Youth, the state has indoctrinated a generation. They will either need to be annihilated by some force or sink to depths so low there is a great awakening of their folly. Unfortunately, at 56, I will probably see one or the other.

His part in arguing that a cleric should be deported doesn’t sound like treason to me. He was registered. How could he have been trying to hide this from POTUS when it was out in the open?
