Just ignore people that call you noob———some are obsessed with sign up date.

The only ones I have ever questioned is people who have been here 2/3 weeks and just post threads in order to pimp their blog.

There are no rules on sign up date.

I decloaked in 2017 after 13 years of lurking so I know I'm a "noob" by many people's standards. That's ok. I also find most FRiends judge you by your content vs your Born On date.

However, there was a GREAT tongue-in-cheek post (for which I searched but couldn't find) that spelled out for noobs da rulez. It ran something like this:

-If anyone joined after you, even if it was one day later, they are a noob.

-Everyone on FR no longer watches TV and if you post about TV they will tell you you're stupid for watching TV though they have a good idea of what is "good" TV.

-If you post about your gun, someone will tell you you don't have enough stopping power. The same people will also point out that anyone who uses a gun to defend the self but doesn't kill the bad guy, needs more range time.

-Everyone on FR is debt-free and any noob with so much as a dept store charge card is part of the steeple class.

-If you don't have a 5-yr supply of food, water and ammo and a bug out bag and a Faraday cage for an EMP then you are future Zombie chow.
