Well, I would say the first step is to stop using all of the White Man’s evil technologies. Especially the Internet. :)
They can quit using (in no particular order) Portland cement, fired brick, any petroleum products, iron, steel, aluminum, gunpowder of any kind, filtered and treated water, electricity, internal combustion engines, refrigeration, external combustion engines, vacuum tubes, bipolar transistors, field effect transistors, antibiotics, synthetic fabrics, silk, linen, wired electronic communication, wireless electronic communication, incandescent lamps, gas or kerosene lamps with mantles, gas or kerosene lamps without mantles, heavier than air flying machines, lighter than air flying machines, electric guitars, acoustic guitars, brass instruments, woodwind instruments, the 12 note scale, plastic vuvuzelas (everyone should quit using those), ball-caps, football, basketball, baseball, soccer ...
... and remember, voting is acting white.
