In a press conference in early July 2016, FBI Director James Comey announced that the FBI was not recommending charges against Hillary Clinton as a result of the FBI’s investigation into her emails.
Unfortunately, new evidence proves Comey knowingly exonerated Clinton and closed the FBI’s investigation without the key evidence to do so!
According to Time on July 5th, 2016 [emphasis added] – FBI Director James Comey said Tuesday that “no reasonable prosecutor” would bring a criminal case against Hillary Clinton over her use of a personal email server as Secretary of State, though he criticized her handling of the emails.
Comey said that 110 of Clinton’s emails contained classified information at the time they were sent and received, adding that Clinton and her staff were “extremely careless” in their handling of classified information and that it’s possible “hostile actors” could have gained access to the server.

We knew it all was a complete sham but we really didn’t know how bad it really was.
I would suggest that the public still doesn't know.
Basically, Comey told us that he is a mind reader and read Hillary’s mind.
That’s how he knew she hadn’t purposely committed any crimes.
Everyone knows that is baloney.
He’s no mind reader and his claiming to be one is an affront to every American.
It was a purely gutless, political move on his part.
and THAT is why she recently reinstated her law license.
Comey knew, because he’d stayed at a Holiday Inn the night before.

There are foreigners who want to destroy America and kill Americans.
History proves this over and over.
We have the right to defend ourselves from these people.
Part of that defense is protecting our military secrets.
Giving away our secrets (classified information) allows these enemies to kill us and enslave us.
Protecting our classified information is absolutely necessary to prevent us, our neighbors and our children from being killed and sold into slavery.
It is so important that we have laws to punish people who through negligence, without criminal intent, divulge our secrets.
These laws exist so that everybody handling our nation’s classified material, our military secrets, understands that they must never, never be negligent with this material.
Again, negligence, sloppiness can results in the deaths or enslavement of Americans.
There is no question that Hillary Clinton, who begged to be this nation’s Secretary of State, handled our classified material in a negligent manner.
None.
She did it.
She was negligent.
Period.
Then, the question becomes, “What shall we do with her?”
The answer, obviously, is to try her.
We don’t have Democrat royalty in this country.
She is not above the law.
She MUST be tried to preclude others from being so careless, so negligent, with our nation’s classified material.
It is not a political vendetta.
It is justice and all that stands for.
I believe Hillary herself said she was instructed.
The only thing I can thing of as to why...attorney client privilege?????
Comey had no authority to charge Clinton or exonerate Clinton.
He was supposed to report to the DOJ what FACTS they uncovered.
But the DOJ was compromised by the Loretta Lynch/Bill Clinton tarmac meeting.
So, Comey took it upon himself to be investigator and prosecutor even though nobody asked him to do so.
A person of integrity would have made a referral....like to the Southern District of New York, where the server was located.
That is what they did to Trump. But Clinton was given special treatment.
One set of rules for thee, another set for me.....socialism.
Just read....she’s over 70 and not required to take continuing ed.
It uses FOIA depositions of Dept. of State <"DoS") staff to show that HRC deliberately refused to use -- or be trained on -- any DoS e-mail system or terminal.
WHY? She didn't want to leave any (evidence) archive of her shady dealings -- so she relied only on her CLINTONEMAIL.COM non-secure server for all her communications.
IMO, that is more-than-adequate evidence of willful intent!

FULL DISCLOSURE: I created the above video, and am amazed at how accurate (2 1/2 years later) it has turned out to be. The only thing I'd change is the reference to her thirteen Blackberrys: I'd change "LOST thirteen of them" to "LOST or DESTROYED thirteen of them"...

And how do you learn to scam ?
By learning the right and legal way and losing sleep devising a way around it.
THERE IS NO NEW EVIDENCE.
She was deliberately and intentionally criminal.

However, the basic premise of the article (and title) is dead wrong: Clinton can NEVER provide ANY evidence of ANY KIND in any way that shows she is innocent. It isn’t that Comey decided on her innocence by “not having evidence that would prove her innocence” but by deciding on her innocence BEFORE even beginning the “investigation”!
SHE IS GUILTY of buying and deliberately setting her email and her private server network and her private network circuit of strictly democrat operatives and lawyers and government officials SPECIFICALLY to avoid records that would show her bribery, her associations in governments and businesses overseas, and her sales of government information, plans, position papers and policies to the highest bidders.
The Hildebeast gets a free pass, recall Comey exonerating the bit__ before he even talked with her. There is no justice in this country. We are truly a banana republic.
Probably, but there is no doubt, NONE, that she was negligent.
She has skated for years on this issue.
She needs to be tried.
If everyone is so afraid of going after her for criminal behavior, then go after her for her negligent behavior.
She needs to be brought to justice, or the country is done.
No one will obey any law.
