Of all the Dems vying for the presidential nomination, Joe Scarborough has singled out one who's not even in the race as the person who not only could, but would, beat President Trump in 2020: John "Liveshot" Kerry.

Kerry would be awful, but better than Slow Joe, Bernie, Beto, Kamala, or Fauxcohontas, to name but a few. If you added the IQs of that whole group up I doubt the number would reach 100. And, and I would even allow you to throw in the IQs of Joe Scarborough and his bimbo wife "Bubbles."
