I did not disagree with that statement about character.
MLK’s character can be judged by any who wish to.
Independently so can any ideas and ideals he offered.
The same has always been true of other leaders in the past.
I often think of David, as a leader, a great leader, and a very flawed man, who loved G-d and whom G-d loved.
No I am not comparing MLK to David. I am noting that greatness in some sense does not always go along with greatness in personal character.
One must ask, why now? Who gains? It’s a very interesting development. Are the SJW’s who are calling for Jefferson statues
to be torn down say anything coherent?
Five years ago I would have agreed with your assessment.
From David, Moses(who was a heathen idol maker) to Jefferson(Both Thomas and Jeff) Lee, Jackson and all the Confederate who fought for an evil purpose yet were honorable men who laid down their arms to make peace with their brothers.
But the Left will only see this a weakness. They have to be punched in the nose with their own tactics.
This is THEIR nose, their tactics.
Ever the way to deal with bullies.
MLK dethroned or replace, restore ever Confederate memorials!!!
