On Monday night Sean Hannity invited Judicial Watch founder and president Tom Fitton and investigative reporter Sara Carter on to discuss the double standards of the unethical Obama DOJ and FBI.
Towards the end of the segment Sean Hannity dropped a bomb on the deep state.
According to Sean Hannity and what he is hearing from his sources Inspector General Horowitz has turned over his report to Attorney General Bill Barr and the report may be released this week

I think this one is in the “any day now” category.
As I recall, the IG recommended a criminal referral on McCabe over a year ago and he’s still pushing his book, not being held to account.
You know...I seriously despise these gratuitous slams at President Trump. News flash! The President does not jail anyone. This is not a dictatorship despite what the Left tries to do every single day. We have an attorney general, a boatload of deputy AGs, and who knows how many federal prosecutors to do that job. There is one person responsible for the situation getting as far out of hand as it has, and that is the execrable Jeff Sessions.
Mueller and Weismann would still be doing pre dawn raids and indicting Russian bots if Barr hadn’t been named AG
How is Trump supposed to ‘get someone in jail’?
He’s the President, not the Attorney General. Nor is he a police officer or US Attorney.
AG Barr’s US Attorneys can wait for the multiple grand juries, investigate and indict from here to Kowloon.
But, if Trump is not re-elected in 2020, the resources necessary to continue those prosecutions will be cut off quickly.
It’s naive and childish to keep demanding that criminal cases of unprecedented natures and magnitudes be investigated, charged, prosecuted, and sentenced on your timetables.
Brace yourselves. Absent plea deals; if there are convictions, there will be years of appeals.
No one will be taken out back, lined up against a wall and shot for treason; no matter how satisfying or appropriate that may be.

AG Barr also said in the CBS interview that he doesn’t think anyone’s conduct rises to the level of treason.
He may be foaming the runway. The coup plotters were just a tad over zealous, that’s all.
It’s also a nice trap for Hilly. In her brilliant legal mind, she has likely deduced that since she left State in 2013, she’s well out of the woods on the ems.
If she believes that, she’ll be even more reckless than usual. She can easily prosecute herself.

“Treason” is used indiscriminately without regard to its constitutional elements. Notice Barr was silent on the issue of sedition.

When he said it didn’t meet the “legal” definition of treason (but maybe “colloquial”) I lost a lot of hope at that moment. What they did was treason — LEGAL treason — as defined in the Constitution.
Barr’s appearance in this thing is just Act 3 in the Rat production. He, as a Bush bot, will do nothing.

The problem with *seditious conspiracy* is that conspiring to use force is an essential element of the crime.
AG Barr is probably correct about treason. If you look at the actual statute, it is very narrowly drafted, and intentionally so. A law that potentially confers death as a punishment should not be over broad.
Setting aside personal feelings about the scum buckets involved; and, reaching way back to my lawyering days, it’s hard to see treason or seditious conspiracy.
That said, these pond scum broke a crap ton of other laws that, if stacked, should earn them special housing.
We’ll see how the criminal side plays out.
My dream is that the victims will hire civil attorneys who know how to bust through the “scope of employment” protection and sue the snot out of the key players *individually*.
Why should Cardinal Comey get to live out his days as a multimillionaire, which he is (Lockheed Martin/State/Hillary/contracts).
