Pray there is a law against Comey on this that can he be charged. I feel that much of the appearance of criminal actions by this entire thing is not covered by a criminal law. Otherwise much of what happened to Trump will never result is jail time for many. So far unethical conduct seem to be most that happened. Interesting to see what Barr and the two IG have will get jail time for many.
A coup plot to remove or gain Hooveresqe blackmail control of the President of the US by fabricating a false case and framing him as being a foreign agent committing treason against his country.
When Comey was fired he knew the new director would discover and expose comey’s malfeasance do he and Rod Rosenstein conspired to have Coney best friend Robert Mueller re appointed as FBI Director to replace Comey so the Comey coup would not be exposed and Mueller could continue the coup plot in Comey’s absence.
Mueller met with President Trump to try to convince the president to put Mueller in charge of the FBI, possibly wearing a wire or using a cell phone to help build an obstruction of justice case against the President. But Trump refused to appoint Mueller FBI Director , nor did he take the bait and say anything that help Mueller continue the Comey frame up job.
When it was obvious to Mueller and Rosenstein that Trump was not going appoint Mueller as FBI head, Rosenstein illegally, and without justification, appointed Mueller Special Prosecutor with unprecedented unrestricted, unsupervised and overly broad investigative powers to continue the Comey coup attempt to frame the president from a new perch as Special Prosecutor. These people must be trying to cover up some serious FBI misconduct to try such a bold plot
I very, very, very seriously doubt anything ever comes from it.
The most obvious prosecutable actions is the leaking & mishandling of classified material. There are American citizens in jail right now for similar offenses.
As you say the other issues might be construed as “ethics violations”, which still can be criminal.
Not being hip to what you meant, I looked up Florence, CO and learned that there’s a Super Max Federal Prison there; with the hint that you think Comey may wind up therein. All I can say is, from your mouth to God’s ears.

unknown James Comey memos. Obama’s entire anti-Trump operation is memorialized in writing:

Trump is thinking about doing X Y or Z..just do it!!
or the IG report is coming out soon and sources say this and that....just let it come out and surprise!!
Mueller probably gave Comey immunity along with everyone else in the swamp. Besides, the mythical IG report won’t be out in our lifetime.
I can think of only two possibilities:
No reason it couldn't be both, of course.
What makes anyone think that Horowitz is going to do anything but back up the Deep State? How long has he delayed his findings? If it’s a bad report it won’t come out until the next election. I the Rats win it’ll never come out.
Will Comey be prosecuted? Will he end up having meals in his cell or will he continue to dine wherever he chooses?
Finding out details about the leftists’ criminal behavior means nothing. Prosecuting them for it is the only thing that matters.
With a silent Justice Department, America has no justice.
When is the Ig report release date?
Will Susan Rice’s immunity be revoked because Comey gave her it.
Will we get the Paige/ Strozok emails that are missing, or will people go to jail
Will we get Clinton emails to Obama?
Will anyone go to jail for the Coup?
Will Schiff get jail for colluding with Russians and leaking top secret docs to the media?
