This is the kind of line made by Noonan that demomstrates she is an intellectual fly weight:

She cannot divorce herself from the Dim’s narrative to examine the facts.
Factual points one: Was there political shenanigans of collusion between the DNC and officials of the Ukraine government in 2016 attemtping to harm a candidate for the office of the U.S. President? Yes, there waas. Should Ukraine investigate that and determine if any laws in Ukraine were violated? Yes they should.
Factual points two: Is there substantial facts indicating a possible conflict of interest and possible abuse of office by Joe Biden when he asked (demanded) Ukraine to remove a Ukraine prosecutor who had under investigation at the time a Ukraine company on whose board of directors sat Joe Biden’ son? Yes.
Factual point three: Are the first two points relevant whether or not Joe Biden was currently running for office? Yes.
Factual point four. Would any current U.S. president be acting responsibly today, in 2019, in asking the newly elected government of Ukraine if they would look into these matters? Yes.
Final point: Therefor, it matters not that Joe Biden is running for office at this time, and Donald Trump is President of the U.S. at this time. The so called “controversial” matters discussed by Presient Trump and the leader of Ukraine are neither controversial nor out of place, merely because Joe Biden happens to be running for office.
Noonan lacks the brain power to see things clearly.

It is legal and proper to investigate evidence of corruption against a former office holder, and it is perfectly acceptable to request the assistance of the government of another country where much of the corruption occurred.
