If Trump’s team can demonstrate that there is reasonable suspicion (not proof) that Hunter was involved in criminal activity with Bursima, in effect indicting him, then that provides more than enough standing for Trump to initiate measures to persuade Ukraine to investigate Hunter - regardless of whether, and actually in the national interest because, Joe Biden is running for President. This process would need only meet grand jury standards, not legal conviction.
At this moment, all we can do is trust the experience in these constitutional matters to those like Senator Cruz and Paul, etc.

Side bar input: Yesterday, I received an e-mail from a long time friend whom I worked with many years ago. He now resides full time in Des Moines, IOWA and has been following the politics in his home state of IOWA.
He informs me that the Democrat Party is struggling badly throughout the state with little interest among the Democrat Party faithful. He tells me to forget anything any Media feeds you...it is all “Fake News”. They cannot stand the current list of Democrat 2020 POTUS candidates!!!
What he puts forward is that Democrat Party Political Rallies and meetings are very lightly, if attended at all. The donor money in not flowing anywhere near as it should. He also tells me that it is being heavily rumored that there will be a very light turnout of Democrat Voters on The IOWA Caucus Primary!!! He says the Democrat leaders are Terrified that if IOWA Democrats do not show up & bomb out in the IOWA Caucus.....the Democrat Party nationally will fail across the country in all primaries this year. Can anyone in IOWA land tell us if this true or not? I believe my friend....he always tells us the way it really is...but, this is a biggie. Any comments...folks?
