I want to go on record right now to state that I have never been escourted out of a work environment!

I have been, right after Obama's re-election in 2012. Defense contractor cutbacks in California, which had been occurring since late 2006. Since I was laid off and just signed away my security clearances, I had to be escorted out of the building. I don't think I ever hated Obama and business-hostile California more than at that moment.

I've never been walked off a job either. In fact I've only ever been let go from one job. (contract lost funding) All other positions I've ultimately left voluntarily for greener pastures.

Now, I have been escorted out of a drinking establishment by State Police. Yes, State Police (and the bouncer). No, it wasn't me starting something, it was one of the acquaintances I was with - but I was part of the party so we all got tossed out. Funny, never went anywhere with that acquaintance again...

me neither! I always had the good sense to leave about 5 minutes before the posse showed up.
