But folks do soem research on each of these to make sure they don’[t have adverse effects- just because something says ‘natural’ does not mean they are safe- for instance, ginko biloba can cause internal bleeding for people susceptible to it- but it’s widely touted as a ‘brain enhancer’ so folks take it without looking up side effects- and some die from it- some herbs affect things like blood pressure, liver, kidney functions, diabetes, asthma etc- and some folks with autoimmune diseases need to be very careful when taking insight that ‘boost the immune system’ as it could cause the disease to activate more and destroy their body’s own tissues-
As much protein as you can get, without overdosing on it.
I agree. I dont think anyone would recommend HCQ as a supplement to help with the movement of zinc in the body. I merely found it interesting and coincidental, that among the various ionophores of zinc, HCQ is already known to be one. I wonder if anyone studying HQC these past few weeks for Covid-19 have added zinc to see how it changes outcomes?

You’re right on Protein...I’ve taken a protein drink every day for years and have to say that once I went two weeks without it and could not believe how my appetitie even changed. I had a sweet tooth that went off the map!, energy level flattened, sluggish in every way.

A couple of tablespoons of raw cacao nibs a day is a powerhouse super supplement. Add it to something, yogurt, cereal, smoothie (dont blend it).
Once cacao is processed into chocolate its value is lost.
