That is the only thing I focus on, especially daily exercise.

People in my neighborhood say that they can set their clocks by my daily movements. I have been going daily to the same park with my dogs for over 15 years for my high-speed aerobic walk. I am 76 and have no major health issues....exercise is vital to good health.
I get my daily exercise even if nothing else gets done.

I really like the MedCram lectures given by Dr. Seheult on YouTube. He has had several on the importance of sleep to a healthy immune system.

Update 45 (March 27) focuses on sleep: Coronavirus Pandemic Update 45: Sharing Ventilators, More on Sleep, Immunity, & COVID-19 Prevention. This update has a lot of information at the cellular level on how sleep improves your immune system. It's quite fascinating and it strongly recommends adequate sleep.
