That’s why I have never left home with my phone since the lockdowns. Always left it at home. Google can’t know where I am with no phone on my person.

..................................................

About 18 months ago, my phone battery died and I didn’t recharge it. My daughter who lives with me, has a phone, people I care about know how to reach me.

I have a brand new high quality cell phone that’s only 2 years old, the reason I say a 2 year old phone is brand new is because it’s somewhere in the house (not sure where), I have never used it and never carried it with me when I go anywhere.

My wife bought it for me and I just smiled at her and said thank you.

She knows that I am a true Luddite when it comes to new technology, if it’s got gears, or you wind it up and it goes tic-tok I’ll use it, otherwise not so much.
