Question, all this ballyhoo the media and socialists like Noisome Newsom are making about these increases because of increased testing..............are these people infectious, or are they just testing positive for antibodies because they have already recovered having been asymptomatic?

No problem.

When I wear a mask, it prevents me from putting my hand to
my face, which is a big no-no. My nose itches, I instantly
want to put my hand to my nose. It helps with that.

There are things to get angry about. The stay at home
stuff was a major pain in the ass, and it was harmful to
our economy.

Wearing a mask for a period of time until this dies down
isn’t a totalitarian move.

You can go out. You can frequent the places you used to, if
they are still there. You can still communicate with others.

I think there are some things to get worked up over, but
there are others that are not something we like, but it’s
not something that warrants all the anger.

If I don’t get infected, it means I can’t infect others I
come in contact with, family, friends, associates...

I don’t see this as a surrender to Leftists.

I see it a prudent measure to take to help others who are
around me, in addition to myself.

His order just brings Cali into line with SF’s mask order. The cops won’t enforce it anymore than they did in SF. Wear it if you want or don’t if you don’t want to. They may send a social worker to talk to you as the PD is not going out on non-violent “crimes”

When the SFPD start enforcing non-mask compliance on the Honduran drug dealers who block the sidewalk on 6th street with guns in their waistbands then I will take notice. Till then

Right now we are seeing a surge in new cases. Some of it can
be attributed to testing, but not much.

We’ve been running 400,000 to 500,000 test per day for some
time now. The positives have come down significantly.

We were about 20.0% when I started taking note of it. We’re
down around 5.0% now. Case counts are climbing even though
we are not testing a lot more people each day.

Compared to last week, we are testing the same amounts.
Case counts are going up. I talk to people I know who are
out in public more than I am, and they are reporting from
across the nation that very few people are wearing masks.

I don’t blame you for not being happy about this, and at
the hand of politicians who push so much Leftist agenda on
us that we’re angry at them to begin with.

If Trump asked me to wear a mask, I’d have no problem with
it. For that reason I don’t have a problem when a known
idiot like Newsom makes it mandatory.

It just seems prudent to me.
