As I understand the ruling, the President can make such exemptions but does not have to. Biden, if he is elected, could reverse things.
To me, the bigger issue is that of requiring insurance companies to cover contraception, which is not a health issue except in some dangerously broad definition of “health.”
Yeah, but, if the communists win, a little packing here, and a little packing there, and the reinvigorated SCOTUS will change its decision about this and many many other pesky Constitutional issues...
