Walters should have been charged for interference with an officers public duties by illegally pulling her vehicle directly in front of the officers vehicle. Which is why idiot Waters was promptly warned. Obstructing an officer means doing anything which would hinder/interfere or trying to influence with the starting or continuations of his normal duties which the officers were obviously doing.....Further she should be warned about Abuse of Power.
