Count the disqualified absentee ballots.
Imagine the challenges to mail in ballots that are post marked weeks after the election. Should they be counted? The judge says yes.
Should we count disqualified ballots? Sure. Because every vote counts regardless of the validity.
Yep, a preview of the coming farce of an election.
Count, then recount, then recount again, until you win, then declare victory and demand your opponent concede immediately................
Trump was right. We could be waiting months to find out who won the election.
I think it would be funny if all 1200 of these ballots were for the same candidate though. ;)
It was the fault of the New York Election Board, who supplied prepaid envelopes that the Post Office does not usually postmark. Sure enough, many of them came in without a postmark.
I see this as a move to establish “precident” so that future / other election challanges can be ruled in the favor of counting all ballots.
They’ve certainly made a huge mess of their election no matter how they count votes..6 weeks out and they still have no offical result says it all!
Just wait until this happens November 3.
Most states will need to certify election results by early December. Electoral college needs to certify results by December 14, and congress will certify results by January 6
With thousands of corrupt mail-in ballots flooding in, activist judges, “woke” state legislators and a democrat congress involved, there is NO WAY this election will be completed by above dates
Be sure you are stocked up on food, ammo, fuel, etc... for the months following.
Torres ruled that all absentee ballots received by June 24, a day after the primary, should be counted whether they are postmarked or not. In addition, all ballots received by June 25 will be counted as long as they were postmarked by Election Day.
I don't know what the rules in New York are - especially if this is the first time with pre-paid envelopes, but in Ohio the rules are pretty clear:
Return your voted ballot. You can send it by U.S. Mail or deliver it in person to your county board of elections, but the return envelope containing your marked ballot must either be received by your county board of elections prior to the close of the polls on Election Day, or postmarked no later than the day before the election and received by the board of elections no later than 10 days after the election.
I have LOTS of votes, dressed in their snappy little uniforms of brass and gray...
Judicial ballot harvesting.
Keep changing the rules until the right person wins.
