The Trump administration has instructed federal agencies to end racial sensitivity trainings that address topics like white privilege and critical race theory, calling them "divisive, anti-American propaganda."
In a letter to federal agencies Friday, the director of the Office of Management and Budget said the president recently became aware of the racial sensitivity programs, which encourage frank conversations about race in the workplace and discuss potential actions to combat systemic racism.
The memo, issued by OMB Director Russell Vought, reads in part:
"All agencies are directed to begin to identify all contracts or other agency spending related to any training on 'critical race theory,' 'white privilege,' or any other training or propaganda effort that teaches or suggests either (1) that the United States is an inherently racist or evil country or (2) that any race or ethnicity is inherently racist or evil."
The memo said agencies "should begin to identify all available avenues within the law to cancel any such contracts and/or to divert Federal dollars away from these un-American propaganda training sessions."
Citing "press reports" of training sessions at which employees were allegedly told "virtually all white people contribute to racism," Vought wrote that these sorts of trainings perpetuate misguided views and contribute to racial division. It was not clear which specific agencies or training sessions he was referring to.
The directive was issued against the backdrop of the ongoing national conversation around police brutality and systemic racism. It's a debate in which Trump has sided with law enforcement over advocates for racial justice and supporters of the Black Lives Matter movement. As demonstrations were at their peak earlier this summer, an NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist poll found that two-thirds of Americans believed the president has made race relations worse.

Hey, NPR, a simple search would give you a couple hints - Sandia and the military have both been identified as holding these trashy "trainings". But let's not kid ourselves, I'm sure every agency is doing this thanks to the Obama admin.
You will also see requirements for this kind of training and others, like diversity, LGBQT tolerance, etc. on military contracts. The bigger the contract the more extensive the requirements. This is because in order to get a big weapon’s system approved requires lots of votes. Among the negotiations with Senators and Representatives are how much and which of their pet agendas get into the final contract. Things like using green fuel, battery powered future versions, etc. are often included, along with environmental idiocy like not buying anything from a manufacturer who uses chromium or cadmium in any of their processes, not just in the parts you are buying. In future combat systems we couldn’t deliver any working units to the field because the connectors, with no corrosion treatment, per contract, were corroding in the boxes during shipment. Absolutely insane. I was told this requirement addition bought a vote from a California politician.
Just fyi, this stuff is in Obamacare regulations too.

Pushing that critical race crap in our schools, both grade school and college, is why all those kids are in the street. Exactly the intended outcome.
The people that are responsible for all of this are the ones who injected their hate-America ideology into the education system. They are the ones who should most suffer the consequences of the eventual correction.

There was a guy on Tucker who begged Trump to do an executive order stating just this.
There was a guy on Tucker Carlson recently who catalogued how every agency of government was sponsoring critical race theory and white privileged training for government workers. All of them including the military and the White House.
Yay! The people who started this Marxist indoctrination should be fired summarily!
The also need to get rid of the SPLC in any capacity they are used in our government.
Now do the federally funded colleges.

Ask your HR if they have considered if their ‘re-education efforts’ might violate Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
And then ask if the training is a violation of the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972.
