FACT: One of Utah’s largest hospitals had no beds left Friday in its regular intensive-care unit.
FACT: The University of Utah Health had to set up extra ICU beds staffed by doctors and nurses working overtime to care for its critical patients this week as the unit hit 104% capacity.

Yeah—I mean either hospitals are extended beyond their normal capacity or they are not.

If they are, they call other hospitals for help.

There is a ridiculous amount of unused hospital capacity almost everywhere right now.

The story is absurd on its face.

Gee, the hospitals are decreasing the staffing and beds....... so with fewer beds and staff....OH MY GAWD!!! We have fewer beds and nurses to take care of increasing number of inpatient admissions.

So now we have 15-20 patients in the ER holding for admission up to the floor or ICU.

Such bullsh$t.

They are lying to you. During the Spring/Summer many patients with chronic diseases did not go in for needed medical care due to the CV-19 scare. They re now getting the care and are now in a critical state and thus admitted to the hospital.

But just how many of them are CV-16 admits. WE have been running at or above 100% capacity of staffed beds However, actual CV-19 patients census has dropped to less than 5%.

They will throw numbers around that are designed to convince you OF JUST HOW SERIOUS AND DONGEROUS THIS PANDEMIC ACTUALL IS. The HUGE number increases are because they are doing a lot more testing

Get to the facts because they are lying to all of us.

Some numbers to think about (test them yourselves)
Chance of contacting CV-19: about 40%
Chance of dying from CV-19: about 1% or less
Chance of dying if you are old and a lot co-morbidities: less than 5%

They are lying to you.

I don’t either. I work in a hospital in Ocean County NJ that has more senior citizens living in it than Florida does and we’re no where near full capacity.

And don't forget, for the ChinaVirus and the ChinaVirus only: "cases" refers to a numerical count of 'positive' tests, not an actual count of people sick in the hospital.

Ah yes,the new fear word is CASES as the death rate barely moves the needle any further than other similar virus (yes including the FLU!) Those "red" states are super spreading like Trump rallies. Sh*t is soooo tiring.
