Can the Republicans appeal?

Yes but lets get Barrett on the Supremes so Robert’s anti-Trump treachery can be neutralized

Can the Republicans appeal?

Oh they probably can. But they probably won't.

This is the same GOP that let Cooper get away with the governorship in 2016. Because of extended voting hours in deep blue Durham (and some ballots "found" in the Charlotte area, IIRC).

In state mail doesn’t take 9 days. They are opening the door to fraud on a massive scale. They have 9 days to gather as many votes as they need.

Why 9 days...why not 8 or 10 or 30?

SO tired of this..

Election Day should be the end of it.

If received by that date, great.

If not, well people need to get their act together. You snooze, you lose.

I sent in my absentee ballot in four weeks ago.

Whether it’s counted or not, I have no idea. I’m registered in Denver so I wonder if it went into a garbage can.

It can be appealed, but it will probably get a 4/4 tie because of Roberts. The ruling will stand. Still, it should be appealed. The election is almost two weeks away, and there is no good reason for most people to wait until the last day to mail the ballot.

Next it will be ok if the ballots were printed after election day.

This was written for Pennsylvania, but it also applies to North Carolina.

Mark Levin said last night that the legislature of Pennsylvania should immediately pass a resolution declaring the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling null and void, citing their Article II power to set election law regarding federal Electors to the Electoral College.

Levin said to bypass the governor's signature because the Constitution doesn't say anything about governor or court oversight of the Legislatures' Article II power. He said the legislature should send the resolution to the governor and courts, and to all the counties in the state, as a notice of compliance with the law as passed by the legislature.

Levin said the legislator's need to have a spine and start asserting their powers. He said they don't have to accept the court's power grab, that they have power of their own if only they're willing to use it. He said that we should start fighting back the liberal use of power with exertion of our own powers.

If they would do this, then it would likely go back to the federal Supreme Court after Barrett is confirmed. This time, it won't be a challenge to the lower court ruling, it would be a challenge of their Article II power.

In Pennsylvania's case, SCOTUS tied 4-4 so the state Supreme Court ruling stands. That means it's up to their legislature to fight for its own Constitutional powers.

In the case of North Carolina, the legislature should go straight to the federal Supreme Court arguing Article II powers, not the decision of the lower court. We already know how Roberts will rule on the lower court ruling, so he should be faced with the Constitutional separation of powers issue from Article II instead.

Legislation by decree. Completely unconstitutional.

The 4th Circuit is the most liberal court in the nation now. The GOP can appeal as soon as ACB is confirmed. It won’t do any good right now.

Since the ballots have to be post-marked by election day, how could the Dems cheat (which we all know they want to) unless the Post Office was also in on it and would willingly “back-date” ballots somehow?

Something else to keep in mind:

Is it not true that some (all?) of the Democrat-controlled critical vote fraud swing states (NC, MI, PA, WI) have already announced that they will report NO RESULTS on Election Night? Because if they did, a little simple math would enable anyone to see what happened to the totals AFTER Election Night and would easily reveal the scope of the fraud.

We’ve had a specific “Election
day” in this country for years and years and it has served the nation well. Everyone knows when it is.
Why, especially with today’s technology, are we allowing the libs to destroy it like everything else these evil bassturds touch?
IF you can’t get your ballot in on Election Day, it’s NOT the system’s fault, it’s your fault!! Anything past Election Day needs to be discarded.

DEFINE: “Postmark”

IF the postmark is made by the linear sorting machine on selected runs of BALLOTS only-— there is a printed barcode on the ballots for the sorter/postmarker. The “run” includes
the imprint of a postmark in flourescent dye (invisible)— that encodes the postmark “date”.

There HAS to be a security lockout on the computer artificially changing the flourescent dye DATE of Postmark.— WHO would POLICE this? Not the highly political Postmasters— hell no! The Postal Inspectors and deputized US Marshals (as such) would have the power to STOP this fraud.

The next appeal is in the hands of National Repubs and President Trumps attorneys-— to SCOTUS.. next week. The demo gang at work to try and prevent a correct quorum of Justices— if you catch my drift. Prayers and Vigilance.

The change was made as part of a legal settlement with voting rights advocates.

Part of a legal settlement? What does the law say the timeframe is? How does a gov critter make a legal settlement that goes against what the law explicitly says?
