To make an uninformed decision in this type of position is not only irresponsible, it is often criminal. Justices cannot decide based on their “feelings” (unless they are liberal, obviously).

It’s a bad decision, but blaming the newest justice that joined just before the decision (and was uninvolved in the process to come to said decision) is beyond unintelligent, FRiend.

Yet if that were an Obama appointee, that appointee would have fully participated in this decision. Make book on it.

But let us be high minded and take the high road as the left kicks us in the nethers. Sure, this might cost us the election and result In said Court being packed and rendered irrelevant. But we can take heart knowing we played by the rules and were high minded.
