WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- A Florida prosecutor asked a judge to preserve video that allegedly shows New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft paying for massage parlor sex, according to court documents filed Wednesday.
A misdemeanor solicitation charge against Kraft was dropped in September after an appeals court ruled that video evidence couldn't be used in the case.

My guess is someone is suing the police or prosecutor for their role in illegally videotaping them.
I think you might get into trouble for videoing naked consenting adults, whereas the police can do it for the entertainment value, as long as they can come up with some plausible reason for doing it.

Another issue here; if a police officer sees a crime, should he or she not make an arrest and charge the criminal? Maybe they were caught up in the voyeurism aspect. Why did they not free the “trafficked” women?

If I was a billionaire, I could get away with it. It send it somewhere overseas and pay some nice unethical foreigner to release it. Or send it to Wikileaks through a couple of well paid foreign jumps. That’s how revenge works.
