Bongino is right. Whenever a story breaks wait 24 hours to draw conclusions because everyone spins everything to an agenda.
It looks to me like she is arguing no reasonable person would conclude her accusations were ALREADY PROVEN FACT, but rather conclude they were her sincerely held beliefs based on what she knew at the time that would require proving via a court battle.
Not that her accusations were so ridiculous that no reasonable person COULD believe them. Or so ridiculous that she was insane to make them. Just that they would not be accepted as factual by most people unless proven in a future court case. And thus Dominion did not suffer damage because there would be no damage to its reputation UNLESS proven in court - which she never had the chance to do.

It is just common sense in this case. You don’t even get close to the Supreme Court with outlandish claims or conspiracy theory. She has used much the same language of the entire operation as more than any law abiding citizen could believe in interviews since the beginning. It isn’t backtracking, it is highlighting the unbelievability of what took place (not untruth).

Yup. I’m waiting for finale judgement on this issue and on Kristi noem issue too. The right stream media even are pouncing on both issues before all the facts are k nown, and condemning them both.
The problem I think is that our side is so used to having politicians disappoint our side, and lawyers not be able to make cases that folks tend to wave the white flag at the slightest indication that something isn’t going their way, even if it was through horrible explanations or the msm twisting info out of context.
Maybe Kristi caved, maybe she didn’t. There could be a very good reason. Why she sent it back that we don’t know about. I’m gonna wait till the final signing or rejection happens before making a decision on whether she caved or not. As for Powell, the way she worded it, did hand bad, but I will still wait to see what happens. So far the sc are being dubs about the election theft. We will see how it all transpires. Doesn’t look good, but I there’s no reason to abandon the battle before everything has failed yet.

You do realize that the reason Bush 'won' his challenge, was that the DS wanted him to win. Right? He was 'their guy'.
Trump's win in 2016 overcame any DS shenanigans. They overstepped their tricks, for 2020. And, Sidney knows it.
