Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg declared “there is racism physically built” into U.S. infrastructure during a Tuesday interview addressing President Joe Biden’s $2.25 trillion infrastructure proposal.
Speaking to TheGrio, Buttigieg argued that some highways and bridges across several cities were designed to divide communities by race.

Were they actually racist highways, or did they just go through communities that were too poor to lobby against them?
Black communities in DC stopped the construction of what would have been an extensive freeway system in DC, including I-695 and I-266. They, and middle-class Whites also stopped a similar system in Baltimore, leaving only I-95, I-395, the Jones Falls Expressway and the Harbor Tunnel Thruway, as well as a short segment of US 40 freeway (formerly I-170).
So please, Pete, talk to Chasten’s hand.

If a highway goes through a minority neighborhood, that’s bad because you’re breaking up the neighborhood. If the highway doesn’t go near the minority neighborhood, that’s bad because you’re cutting them off from economic opportunity. Either way, you’ll be called the r-word.
I thought Pete would’ve said “homophobism is physically built into American infrastructure.” Actually, that would have been more correct to commuters that have been taking it in the arse all these years.

As if the Democrats had nothing to do with said “infrastructure”. The Democrat Party is “Systemic Racism”, more than any other institution can even be compared to . Burn them down.
If it wasn’t for the words racist or racism the Democrats aka Demoncrats would be speechless.
Where in the Hell is that? So all construction is somehow racist.
And Biden wants more of that racist infrastructure.
White babies are born racist, ya know.
Black babies, on the other hand, have royal blood and therefore can never be racist.
