Does this mean that they are no longer immune from lawsuits arising from injury or death caused by their vaccine? No? Pass.
Nope. They still get to keep their immunity.
So are they liable if anything goes wrong with the vaccine ? Regardless I’m not in a high risk category for covid so there isn’t a logical reason for me to get the vaccine

It is my understanding that the vaccine has not completed animal trials as require for full approval, yet was approved anyway.
Wonder how much money it cost. And still don’t change my mind about getting it. No.
