I agree. He keeps putting words out there that are not Kyle’s words, and I want them to object to the DA pretending to know what he was thinking, etc.
That will be MUCH better handled on redirect. In that scenario the defense can just stand there and start asking Rittenhouse, "Binger said you did X because of Y. In your own words, not his, why did you do X?"
