I would hope that someone would lend a hand. Where I grew up, my neighbors wouldn’t even need to be asked...they would just take care of the property without virtue signaling...and probably bring food by every day to be able to check to make sure that he’s okay.
Ha...we rented our house in a very nice neighborhood to a Chinese family as we were on project in Canada
...THEY couldnt be bothered to lift a finger to pull weeds which grew over a 2 month period when we couldnt get back to care for the yard...we got letter from HOA
