Not being vaccinated seems to be at least 90% effective for keeping Omicron (aka the January common cold) from putting you in the hospital too.
And 100% effective against adverse reactions to the vax.
The chances of me dying from Covid with NO prophylactic treatment at all are small enough that it is not worth the risk the vax poses to take it.
