Maybe the prosecution has evidence of further investigation by the FBI, and how that was related to Sussman's lie.
In any event, given the judge and the make-up of the jury, I will be shocked if there's a conviction -- regardless of what the evidence may show.
I will be jubilant if there's a conviction.
It’s too bad somebody didn’t say something when they saw something. The Racist Honky DemonRATS now have the Mother of All Race Cards being played against Caucasion Americans.
And Mueller knew as well. Get the loot back from Cankles lawyers.
He then said he gave the info to the Chicago investigation
Now this FBI agent is testifying under oath something that he knew right from the start of the Trump Russia collusion lies. What a lousy American. He kept quiet for all these years of false accusations about Trump.
Part of Sham Vannity’s 95 Percenters...
All those who lied about Trump regarding Russia, should be lined up and asked why they should not formally apologize.
What did it all matter anyway. Oh wait, all the Russia Russia Russia crap has ended up in war and possible WWIII, and a Mother of all Great Depressions on the horizon.
Those in the MSM complicit in pushing this lie would do it all over again, in a heartbeat - “for the greater good”.
> If I were defense counsel, I would argue that this tends to show that the lie, “if any,” was not material.
The big defense slam on the guy was the fact that he called Sussman or whomever a retard for even presenting that “evidence” to him.
A) “FBI Supervisory Special Agent Scott Hellman said “it took him and another agent less than a day to ascertain the data and ‘white papers’ on two thumb drives Sussmann gave Baker did not support the Trump-Alfa Bank ‘secret connection’ allegation,”
To whom did Hellman report his conclusions? Walk this through the FBI chain so we can see who all knew that the anti-Trump tricks were bogus.
B) Defense counsel can argue anything they want, but the testimony as presented in the article shows that Sussman well knew the material he was bringing the FBI was bogus. He knew who constructed it. So when he told James Baker he was bringing the FBI valuable info as a good deed, he was lying — he knew it was worthless. He’s guilty.
If I remember correctly Peter Stzrok was told by another field office that there was no proof of Trump colluding with anyone, and told him the investigation was being shut down. Stzrok asked them to hold off on making that official, and he ran to one or more of his supervisors in order to keep the investigation from being closed.
Let the suing begin
SO WHY DID THEY INVESTIGATE FOR 2 YEARS... AND NEVER ARREST HILLIARY FOR IT
Enter the CYA Brigade.
Maybe Durham is real?
“It Took FBI Less Than A Day To Discover Trump Conspiracy Theory Was Bogus....”
Of course. Okie dokie.
And yet, the FBI ran with it.
Ironic, huh? /s
They knew in less than a day yet we had to listen to THREE FLIPPING YEARS OF RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA COLLUSION.
How much money was wasted on this?
Someone better go to jail and as a taxpayer I want restitution for the money wasted.
And remember: Adam schiff-for-brains said he had PERSONALLY SEEN the evidence of Trump collusion...
PERSONALLY SEEN something that did not exist????
