Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene faced criticism on social media on Saturday for calling non-biological parents "fake mom and fake dad" as Republicans push adoption as an abortion alternative in the wake of the Supreme Court's overturning of Roe v. Wade.
Greene, a Georgia Republican, warned about what she views as threats to children and conservative values during a discussion on her show MTG Live, which was posted to Rumble on Thursday. During the discussion, the congresswoman explained one reason she worries for children is because some are raised by "fake" parents.
"Children are in the greatest danger in America today because traditional family values are being destroyed—the idea that mom and dad together, not fake mom and fake dad, but the biological mom and biological dad, can raise their children together and do what's right for their children," she said.

MTG will never win with the left. This is like a gang fight. You don’t get to decide to ‘sit this one out’ while your brothers are committed.

The voters-doesn’t matter. It’s what the left thinks. They don’t know the difference between a joke and the truth. MTG is safe. Will she affect other races? I don’t think so. Does she damage the brand? I think she takes the arrows on our behalf, something unappreciated in the gop/e.
This has nothing to do with the left. That's the same red herring argument your type always brings up on these issues. I don't even know what that is supposed to mean in relation to MTG. My point is that saying stupid, offensive stuff alienates swing voters, who by definition aren't part of anyone's "gang".
Now personally, she's not my rep. I probably hold my nose and vote for her in the general election, but my preference is not to be represented by undisciplined morons who say stupid crap.
I just call hypocrisy when I see it. Not that Doodle was, just many EverTrumpers. Criticizing MTG, but see no evil from Trump.
I am not anti-Trump or NeverTrump.
Trump has his good points but many negatives, including his past and not just the last few years.
None of this makes me a DUmmie. Might even make me a smartie.

We also need to consider the wisdom (or lack) of allowing a single mother to raise a kid — regardless of source. Regardless of how hard they work at it, without a Dad any boy is gonna come out crippled. All need a man’s influence, not sperm donor, a MAN. And, if the prospective, reluctant Mom is facing an abortion alone, she never met a MAN.

So emphasizing Trump’s flaws which were really not that bad..especially compared to biden.
His positives definitely outweighed his negatives.

She’s not running for POTUS. Both sides have their hotheads. Paul Ryan and Liz Cheney are disciplined. AOC & the squad needs be countered and I see no ‘disciplined’ reps standing up to them.
