No worry, Kathy Hochul has a Law to make it harder to steal Catalytic converters! Oh wait, never mind.

The jewelry value is being wildly exaggerated.

The one at Caesars Palace? We were there too last weekend and didn’t go in either because it just looked ridiculous (and my wife and I both wear Rolexes...lol).

I thought that insurers required that all valuable items in jewelry stores be locked in a safe whenever the store was closed..

I worked in a Jewelry store .....Most of the Jewely was not only put in the safe but was counted piece by piece going into the safe as well as coming out of it the next morning. All Diamonds were put in th safe.

However pieces in the lower price range, and fakes, were left in the display cases and then covered with black drapery.

I had an older sister who absolutely loved Jewelry! She had dresser drawers chocked full of it. And she wore it too!

My taste is more a Channel clean look. Simple pieces that don’t distract from the overall clothing style rather to compliment the garmets worn.

Here’s a great tip:

Want Jewelry to dazzle even more than when you first buy it - grab a plastic shopping bag and buff it..... More than once when I sold Jewelry it astounded people when I showed that.

Let’s see—there must be more than one Rolex store in Las Vegas. It was in the Bellagio, next to the new Fall flower display (which was amazing—probably as amazing as the luxury watches would have been had we been allowed in!)

“Rolex store but were limiting customers to 4 per salesman...”

Try entering a small bank in Costa Rica. Only one or two let in at a time by the shotgun- wielding guard outside. While inside another armed guard watches to make sure no funny business is going on. It’s a shame this sort of thing is becoming part of life in our country.
