Okay, So It Looks as if the U.S. Justice Department Probably Has Spies in Catholic Churches

In a heated exchange with Gestapo chief Merrick Garland at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Wednesday, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) directly challenged Garland’s viciously corrupt and politicized “Justice” Department, and zeroed in on the once-respected agency’s targeting of traditionalist Roman Catholics. While Garland maintained, in the teeth of the available evidence, that the department is not actually targeting Catholics, he claimed not to know how many spies and informants the feds have in those hotbeds of terrorism, traditional Catholic parishes.

In other words, he didn’t say they didn’t have any such spies and informants. So if you’re Catholic, be watchful: the guy in the pew behind you could be taking notes.

Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) takes AG Merrick Garland to task on targeting Catholics

Hawley began by asking Garland: “The FBI field office in Richmond, on the 23rd of January of this year, issued a memorandum in which they advocated for, and I quote, ‘the exploration of new avenues for trip-wire and source development against Traditionalist Catholics’ — it’s their, their language — ‘including those who favor the Latin Mass.’ Attorney General, are you cultivating sources and spies in Latin Mass parishes and other Catholic parishes around the country?”

Garland appeared to be rattled, but his response was unequivocal: he was on Hawley’s side, doncha know. “No,” said the ferociously partisan attorney general, “the Justice Department does not do that and does not, uh, um, do investigations based on religion.

Any group that has a lot of white males and generally leans right is going to get a lot of attention from the FBI. The vast majority of FBI agents are white males.

“Interest of Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists in Radical Traditionalist Catholic Ideology Almost Certainly Presents New Mitigation Opportunities”

Mitigation opportunities equate to salaries and benefits for many white male agents who could be allocated to any case involving Catholics. Part of this would be infiltration, which given the demographics would be easy to do.

It's a feeble shot over the bow of trad Catholics, who are unshakable MAGA, know that Biden is a pedophile heretic who must be excommunicated, and most importantly, are 75% of Right To Life, 80% of American abbatoir/black holocaust prayer vigilists, 90% of the funding for ab0rtion alternative organizations, and 100% of overturning Roe v Wade.

I appreciate the heck out of Senator Hawley for grilling, no, fileting, this mental midget Garland, and the perfect karma Garland has received since rightfully denied his SCOTUS seat and given this booby prize as The White Hospice's AG.

What’s it to you what Catholics believe? Marian devotion is neither encouraged nor mandated by the Church. It’s there if ppl want to believe and spend their time praying the Rosary. So keep your eyes on the cross and MYOB.

Parish priests ought to make sure the confessionals aren’t bugged. One way: Make a really loud, high-pitched electric feedback noise at the start of each confession. Like what happens when you strum a guitar in front of an amplifier that it’s plugged into.

We have been taught Elsie as young children NOT to judge, it’s the Lord’s place to do that...

Then you have been POORLY taught.

Judge NOT???

Sigh...

The Apostles have commanded us to judge!

"Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints? Do you not know that the saints will judge the world?... And if the world will be judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters?... Do you not know that we shall judge angels?... How much more, things that pertain to this life?.. If then you have judgments concerning things pertaining to this life, do you appoint those who are least esteemed by the church to judge ? (1 Corinthians 6:1-5).

Many commands of God require the exercise of righteous judgment.

"But we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you withdraw from every brother who walks disorderly and not according to the tradition which he received from us" (2 Thessalonians 3:6).

"And if anyone does not obey our word in this epistle, note that person and do not keep company with him, that he may be ashamed. Yet do not count him as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother" (2 Thessalonians 3:14,15).

"Teach and exhort these things. If anyone teaches otherwise and does not consent to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness, he is proud, knowing nothing, but is obsessed with disputes and arguments over words, from which come envy, strife, reviling, evil suspicions, useless wrangling of men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw yourself" (2 Timothy 6:2b-5).

"Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and avoid them. For those who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple" (Romans 16:17,18).

All these commands require the careful exercise of righteousness judgment. Do not be deceived by smooth words and flattering speech. Beware of wolves who come to you with a sheep's skin.

We must be careful not to make unqualified judgments. But we must judge appropriately when commanded to do so.

"Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment."  (John 7:24).

I’m glad that WAY back in the day a bunch of folks broke away from Rome and became the foundation of Protestantism today.

REALLY??

What’s it to you what Protestants believe?

Sure strange that Rome didn't follow this admonition back when the rack and the Iron Maiden were in fashion.

"We have been taught Elsie as young children NOT to judge, it’s the Lord’s place to do that...

Apparently you haven’t had time in your busy schedule to read the Bible or anything pertaining to Gospel Teachings, please find the time, it could let you in the Holy Gates of Heaven."

Who are you kidding, QTard? You are one of the most judgmental people on this planet!

Don't bring your weak shit into this thread, you understand?

Well for one thing, we don’t call people on the threads names, for another, you haven’t learned a thing but yet you stand and deliver what???

Everything I have said about Romney is true, and Elsie needs to remember what the Lord has said as do you, I and others sometimes...

And threathening me as a Q Tard, that is funny, but you go ahead and have your fun...especially of other people on this thread...and other threads, I could do the same to you, but my life is more important and to me opinions are like words, what they are out there once, you can’t take back, and I won’t take back anything about Romney that I have said...don’t threathen me again...Thank you again for saying your piece, my family from generations back fought and gave you that right...
