It’s an old junior high school stunt. They are trying to convince people that they are not connected because they don’t know Lawrence Jones. Myself? Never heard of him.
He’s pretty decent actually, but as I put it the other day: I don’t have cable. I would occasionally watch Tucker on big news days via livestreams. People would livestream his program on YouTube, probably illegally. It takes some effort to search and find a livestream because the people who do it don’t do it for long. I assume they are going for subscribers and monetization (ads). It doesn’t turn out well for them, or they get booted. Thus, there isn’t anything consistent to turn to. Jones, while decent, isn’t worth the effort to track down a livestream. Just call that a lack of motivation on my part. I have other things to do with my time.

Jones has had a show on Sat. evenings for a while now; it has always just struck me as weak and not ready for prime time.
He used to be on the Blaze…he’s pretty solid but not the most polished for this role.
He’s been hosting a Saturday night program on Fox since they retooled the Saturday lineup. He was Hannity’s street reporter for a while. He’s a Blaze alumnus.
Indeed... Hannity was announcing this on his radio show today, and showed his rear-end as usual: Called the guy "My very dear friend...." But couldn't remember his name and his producer or board operator had to rescue him, but it took long enough to show that if Hannity ever even met the guy, he didn't make much of an impression.

Seems like a nice guy, with right opinions, but I don’t know that he is a major host.
He started out 2..3 yrs ago doing interviews on the street..that sorta thing. I havent watched Cox in a long time, so dont know before this one. He was likeable and that might work for him.. if Fox has any viewers left
