Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) said that if former President Donald Trump were to pardon convicted January 6 rioters after re-election in 2024, his actions would warrant an impeachment process. Blumenthal has no knowledge of the Constitutional power of the president to pardon anyone convicted of a federal crime.
Nobody, no group, has the power or authority to overrule that power.

I think everything Trump does, has done or will do is grounds for impeachment.
