ABC breaking news. Trump has been notified to appear next Tuesday to face at least 7 count indictment.

I think you might be right. There is nothing in the Constitution that stops someone in jail from running for office. And it has been done. Socialist Eugene Debs ran for president while in prison back in 1920.
But if Trump is dead, problem solved. Just have to “accidentally” put him in the same cell as an assassin posing as a prisoner.

If they have a militia the governor is in charge of it. The governor doesn’t have much of a reason to go to the mattresses for Trump, Trump’s gone very far out of his way to make sure of that.

This will be a speaking indictment which means that on Tuesday the the prosecutor will lay out the details in the charge. Speculation is multiple parties were involved some of which may have been turned.
This is a different case from the New York case with the Florida one being more overwhelming.

Speaking of War, if Joe Biden thinks he is backed into a corner (along w/Hunter & his crime family) criminally, he will then provoke a war with Russia and/or get an international incident going to once again distract the public away from his crooked self. Don’t underestimate this venal, amoral, corrupt piece of garbage that we have for a President to do exactly this, ... start a War.
