Georgia state prosecutors appear to have brought charges including conspiracy to commit forgery against Donald Trump, Reuters reports.
The charges appeared on a document posted to the Fulton County court website, but it was later taken down.
Other charges listed were violation of the state's RICO act, and solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer.

Given five minutes of thought, there are probably a hundred circumstances where this could happen. But if it happened when tied to another “crime”, they will charge.
I’ve seen this happen st state level cases, and they are used to roll up a plea deal. If you don’t plea and the judge doesn’t like you…it can be used to add time and dollars to the sentence if there is a guilty verdict.
If you think a Federal Prosecutor can be a nit-picky jerk…imagine your County DA on the world stage. In my county, the thought of our DA this type of stuff is downright scary.
I agree or the system will be damaged beyond any chance of repair.
This two tiered system of justice (just us) needs to go and “our side” needs to punish these people when we get into power or they will keep doing it.

If Pence and the J6 Congress had upheld their oaths to protect and defend the Constitution by voting to investigate allegations concerning possible violations of the 12th Amendment (electoral vote rules) and Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A), that section a penalty for states where ballot box fraud has occurred, then we might have heard even more than we've now heard about alleged Georgia voting-related scandal.

Regarding the Section 2 penalty, consider the "hair trigger," zero tolerance wording of that clause that screams for the feds to investigate allegations of vote-counting fraud.

In fact, if this were a better world, the federal government should be warning the states before every election that the feds will be darkening their doorway to investigate complaints about vote-counting problems.
Patriots need to get ready ASAP to support hopeful Trump 47 by primarying ALL state and federal, lawmakers and executives, except for MTG and Gaetz, for the 2024 primaries.
After all, lawmakers and executives continue to show that they do not have the patriotism and leadership skills necessary to find legislative support for effective remedies for unconstitutional government policies.

In fact, consider that, since one of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutionally given to the big, bad federal government to dictate peacetime domestic policy is to run the US Mail Service (most federal domestic policy actually based on stolen state powers imo), the worst problem that the country would otherwise be looking at with a new Congress of Trump-supporting freshman lawmakers is arguably a delay with mail delivery.

The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same politicians to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.
Patriots, let's not allow ourselves to be fooled for third time in 2024 by the corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties that have pirated control of state and federal governments.
