Scott Ritter, the former UN weapons inspector who has been a top voice in the U.S. peace movement since the start of the Ukraine War, saw his YouTube channel deleted last week “due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube’s policy prohibiting hate speech.”
Ritter, who has been a critic of the Ukrainian government, called the move an attempt by the social media company to silence him.
“There was never any hate speech involved in any of the episodes of ‘The Scott Ritter Show’ unless one views unique content from silenced voices hateful. Knowledge is power, ignorance is weakness. YouTube, through its actions, makes America and Americans weak,” he posted.
He said his banishment represents the living manifestation of the “disease of Russophobia which has swept America and US-based social media platforms.”
YouTube did not respond to a request for comment.

I always see that claim so I looked up Ritter. He wasn't 'diddling little kids' he was caught twice on chat rooms. His crimes were online chat rooms - I think he exposed himself in one instance. The chat room that happened - it was supposedly restricted to 18 and older, so he may actually have thought it was adults there. He did have child endangerment charge which I believe it was arranging to meet what would turn out to FBI but FBI says Ritter knew it was a minor. See, that's the problem - it may be the FBI knew ritter was promiscuous (adults) and used the chat room(s) to sting him. I now believe the FBI intently destroys anyone against the regime or in favor of Trump. Ritter says unpopular things about weapons so maybe the Deep State silenced him.
Mind you - I would not have him baby sit kids and wouldn't want to know him personally because I don't know if it was the FBI setup or not. But in the years since Trump took office, I read example after example of setups, frames, charges, the FBI arm twisting people into confessions. In the online swamp (DU) they brag that everyone Trump knows is a crook because look at all the litigation.
But hey, Ritter exposed himself on camera to an FBI agent, to what the FBI says Ritter believed was a minor, Ritter says he was in an 18 and older chat room. So there's sexually sleezy there, there's 'something' there, but not 'diddling little kids.' Hunter has been photographed naked with a child and Biden just incriminates himself around them. Different from Ritter.
It's sad when there's so much propaganda that Ritter became an important, rare resource in getting the truth about what's really going on in the Ukraine. I don't believe he should be banned/blocked for talking against the regime 'narrative'.

No. He said the chat room was 18 and above. Police/FBI response was not quoted (probably WIkipedia) but the FBI says Ritter thought he was talking to a minor.
But my point is - most of us find it unbearably grisly to think of a man putting his hands on a child and hence the term ‘diddling’ drew my comment. Someone else said he molested a child - no he did not, at least according to the charges.
There’s no comparison to Hunter, standing naked next to a child or pretty much anything we’ve seen Biden do on camera.
People supported and defended Germany in both world wars with similar claims -its enemies were corrupt, illegitimate nations, inefficient, wasteful, etc.
People supported the NVA and even North Koreans in their wars of conquest.
When I was in the Army there was one guy in my unit defending Saddam Hussein’s right to invade and annex Kuwait.
People can say what they want imo. There’s plenty of tyranny to go around.
There are other platforms available to him to spout his anti-Western nonsense.
